Greater Flexibility and Control
The TF-100 control module allows users to make a variety of print parameter adjustments. For example, the Mode Selection Switch allows the operator to select any one of four automatic print cycles: print/print, alternate print, flood/print, and print/flood.

A variable "squeegee up" delay (up to 2 seconds) allows the stencil/screen to peel off behind the squeegee for off contact applications involving a viscous material. To help users obtain the best print images possible, an adjustable carriage return delay can be employed, depending on the specific characteristics of the materials used.

Because of its tremendous flexibility, the TF-100 offers exceptional cost/value advantages. The printer can accommodate a wide range of substrates, including ceramic and FR-4, and materials ranging from cermet and polymer thick film to solder paste, epoxies, and solder mask. Frame adaptor plates for he TF-100 enable it to accept all standard stencil/screen frames up to 12"x12" (305mmx305mm).

Fast, Easy Setup and Cleanup
The TF-100 offers two unique features that facilitate setup. MPS's unique mylar alignment system provides rapid one-print registration of any pattern. In addition, MPS's unique 3- point frame registration system simplifies stencil/screen removal and cleaning,. This feature permits the reinstallation of the same stencil/screen after cleaning without pattern realignment. Independent dial adjustments for screen height (snap-off) and squeegee downstop further facilitate setup.

A pneumatically raised print head with a stencil "tilt-away" feature provides full access to the stencil/screen and squeegee assembly for stencil/screen replacement and cleanup. In addition, because the TF-100 is designed with a single squeegee and pre-set hop-over, setup and cleanup are fast and easy. The single squeegee design also increases the squeegee stroke length for maximum print area in all modes.
